Rentasaur Liability Waiver

Liability Waiver is an additional fee paid per week which you may choose to add to your rental contract.

If you have paid the Waiver Fee (and are not in breach of your contract) then Rentasaur will waive the right to receive the repayments and replacement cost of the rented goods, in the event that those goods suffer loss or damage from theft or fire. Liability Waiver only applies to theft or fire which may happen at the nominated address (site) of the goods.

Liability Waiver does not cover accidental or deliberate damage inflicted by you, or where loss could have been reasonably prevented by you.

You must immediately inform Rentasaur of any loss or damage of rented goods, and provide satisfactory evidence such as a Police Report or written statement.

Liability Waiver is not insurance. Customers are encouraged to take out their own household insurance for loss, damage or theft.
